Doug brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience across the Dallas–Fort Worth market, with a strong background in site selection, lease negotiations, tenant prospecting, development, and retail brokerage strategy. Established a regional office in Dallas for KM Realty Management, LLC to expand the KM portfolio through strategic acquisition and development of shopping centers in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Reagan supports Retail Realty Advisors through marketing strategy, business development, market research, and tenant representation initiatives, helping position opportunities and connect clients across the DFW market. Attended the University of Oklahoma-Norman, studied Marketing and Advertising. Involved in numerous campus organizations such as The Multicultural Business Program and Women in Finance.
